IT Support

You will be part of the IT team and work closely with both local and global teams.
You will be responsible for providing technical support at the site and managing the lifecycle of user devices (laptops, PCs, printers, RF scanners, smartphones).

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Provide technical support for end users (approximately 70 users, 35 PCs).
- Maintain local servers and regional applications (Engineering, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Manage small-scale technical projects: printer refresh, vendor contact, etc.
- Support and deploy global IT initiatives (CMP, TMP, Server Refresh, Cybersecurity) in collaboration with Dana IT teams and external providers.
- Develop and maintain internal applications, scripts, and interfaces for the shopfloor.
- Provide training to users to prevent recurring user-based errors.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to optimize the end-user computing environment.

You have a Bac+2 in IT, with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment. You are proficient in the following environments:

Windows, Linux, Vmware, Firewalls, VLAN.
Microsoft Office 365, DELL Hardware
SQL, VBA (advanced), HTML, PHP, JavaScript (basic).

You are able to diagnose and resolve technical issues, install and maintain hardware and software.
You are proactive, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You enjoy working in a team, solving technical issues, and contributing to system optimization.
