Key Responsibilities:



  • Business Alignment and Stakeholder Engagement:


    • Serve as the main interface between the business units and the development team, ensuring alignment on goals and CRM needs.

    • Build strong relationships with each BU to capture unique requirements and develop tailored CRM solutions.


  • Workshops and Requirements Gathering:


    • Facilitate workshops to capture, validate, and prioritize business requirements, enabling continual refinement.

    • Adjust requirements as needed based on ongoing feedback and evolving business priorities.


  • Roadmap and Backlog Management:


    • Develop and maintain a CRM product roadmap aligned with Saint-Gobain’s strategic goals.

    • Prioritize the backlog effectively, balancing immediate and long-term objectives.


  • Project Dimension - User Migration and ERP Integration:


    • Lead the migration of users to the CRM platform, ensuring smooth transitions across multiple BUs.

    • Manage a deep integration of CRM with the core ERP, improving data flow, process automation, and operational visibility.


  • Scrum Team Leadership:


    • Lead a Scrum team of 6-7 individuals, including Business Analysts, Tech Leads, Scrum Masters, and Developers, fostering collaboration and alignment.

    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and promote a high-performance team environment.




  • Center of Excellence (CoE) Application:


    • Implement CoE methodologies, tools, and best practices, with guidance from the Head of CRM, to prepare for CoE integration.

    • Standardize processes and quality metrics to align the organization with CoE standards.


Profil recherché

Role Summary:
The Product Owner will work closely with stakeholders to ensure CRM solutions meet business requirements, organize workshops, manage a comprehensive roadmap and backlog, and lead a dedicated Scrum team. Additionally, this role includes a project dimension, involving CRM user migration and deep ERP integration projects. As GDI transforms into a Center of Excellence (CoE) model, the Product Owner will be responsible for applying CoE methodologies and tools within their organization, preparing for future integration into the CoE.
