Your key responsibilities



  • Translate Business Needs: Convert business requirements into clear and actionable product requirements to guide development team.

  • Manage Product Backlog: Oversee and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects current priorities and stakeholder needs.

  • Guide Development Teams: Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the solution delivery process to ensure alignment with product goals.

  • Ensure Quality and Timeliness: Monitor project progress to ensure quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to for each project.

  • Coordinate IT Standards: Ensure all solutions comply with Saint-Gobain's IT standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and users to promote clear communication and address any issues that arise.

  • Gather Feedback for Improvement: Continuously collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to refine the product and enhance its impact on business objectives.

Your role


Within Saint-Gobain's Group Digital & IT Organization, you will be part of the international Digital Supply Chain & Manufacturing Solutions practice within the IN4.0RM team. You will join a dynamic and multicultural team focused on delivering and supporting Manufacturing Execution Solutions – IN4.0RM. You will report to the IN4.0RM Team Lead.


As a Product Owner - Digital Manufacturing, you will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including technical experts, key users, business teams, Industry 4.0 leads, and various other stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery and support of the IN4.0RM solution. You will be responsible for translating business needs into clear product requirements, managing the IN4.0RM backlog, and guiding the development teams throughout the solution delivery process, while ensuring the quality and meeting the deadlines of each project.


Being part of GDI, you will also coordinate IT-related topics, ensuring that all solutions adhere to Saint-Gobain's technical standards and best practices, particularly in areas such as cybersecurity, infrastructure deployment, and system integration.


Your location


This position is based in Tour Saint-Gobain (La Défense, France). Frequent business trips are expected.
