As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships between SBS and its existing clients. Your primary focus is to ensure client satisfaction, secure the cash, drive revenue growth, and maximize the value of SBS’s products and related services. You will manage and monitor the client’s activities with the support of SBS’s operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
As a Client Manager at SBS, you will manage an existing portfolio of financial institutions (between 8 and 10 clients) operating in your designated market. You will be part of the sales team and report to a Senior Client Manager.
