ALT - International Employer Branding Project Manager H/F

Transdev is recruiting an International Employer Branding Project Manager H/F (Alternance)

Your role

* Creating and engaging with external and internal content to promote company culture and Employer Brand

* Engaging with key HR stakeholders to promote our new Employee Value Proposition and Employer Branding Campaigns on the Group level and in 19 countries

* Contributing to and facilitating various projects and events with a network of Transdev brand ambassadors

* Benchmarking and contributing to Transdev's corporate reputation on social media and recruitment websites

Your profile

* You have a great interest in communication, marketing and employer branding

* You have good online and in person communication skills

* You are fluent in English (written and spoken), ideally have a working level of French, a third language is a plus

* You have good command of Pack Office - Excel, Powerpoint, Word, as well as visual tools

* Preferably, you have previous experience in brand management and social media communication

You can easily adapt to working with different external and internal team
