Alternance - International HR Process & Project Manager H/F

Transdev is recruiting an International HR Process & Project Manager H/F (Alternance)

Your role

* Communication and co-ordination between different teams in France and 19 countries in a HR setting

* Participating in communication and marketing campaigns for HR processes (Annual Review, People Review, career Review) and promoting internal mobility

* Hosting meetings, webinars, conferences for an international and French audience

* Creating and updating supporting documents for HR processes

* Improving the efficiency of HR processes in collaboration with the HRIS team, contributing to the upgrading of HR processes and systems

Votre profil

* You are fluent in English (written and spoken), ideally have a working level of French, a third language is a plus
* You have good command of Pack Office - Excel, Powerpoint, Word
* You are interested in international projects and communication
* You are interested in human resources, career development and mobility
* You are detail-oriented and polyvalent
