Supply Chain Process Owner (H/F)

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Process Owner to join our global transformation team. The successful candidate will play a key role in rethinking our database structure for supply chain related items for products, customers, and vendors, addressing current Master Data challenges, and working with a cross-functional team around

Key Responsibilities:



  • Assessment on the current Supply chain components of Master Data structure and processes

  • Design and create functional specifications for the new Product Master Data hierarchy and attributes related to supply chain components : on inbound side with bill of materials, semi-finished products or trading goods, as well as manufacturing output with labeling and barcoding processes, packaging & conditioning at all levels (From Palett to Slieve taking into account 5 continents & country sales habits), and in charge to define clear RACI & methodology on weight& measurement processes in co-construction with the Saint-Gobain Surface Solutions regions stakeholders and experts for 6 product categories

  • Embed sustainable and compliance data in the design of the specification for Supply Chain related components, in line with the sustainability purpose of the Group.

  • Create functional specifications for supply chain related items on material creation and update processes, as well as aligning quotation process for Make To Order product across the regions



  • Animation and coordination with many departments as supply chain data are used, consumed or are input for by Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Reporting, Procurement,...where alignment on core model and local approach will be required

  • For supply chain related items, design vendor and customer referential in collaboration with the regions and central purchasing teams to set foundation for transformation journey

  • Lead contributor to the development of the MDM Digital Solution by the IT team that will follow above steps

  • Lead manager to deploy the MDM solution across all regions worldwide on Supply Chain related topics
