Internship M&A IT / PMO assistant H/F

Responsibilities and duties

Within Saint-Gobain “Group Digital & IT” (GDI) organization and reporting to an M&A IT Project Manager, your role is to assist in the following tasks:

• Get trained by the IT M&A team members about the IT M&A Project methodology and tooling


• Update knowledge database
  
  
  
  • Collect “best of” documentations with the help of the senior Project Managers
  
  
  • Compile and organize contents
  
  
  • Contribute to the creation of the IT M&A Project toolkit
  
  
  • Collaborate with the IT Office team to update the Intranet page for IT M&A
  
  
  
  


• Assist in managing the IT M&A community
  
  
  
  • Setup Meetings with international IT teams involved in M&A projects
  
  
  • Collect information and produce reporting on a monthly basis
  
  
  
  

Location

This position is based in Saint-Gobain Headquarters (La Défense, France).
