Corporate & Digital Communication Manager

Description

Drive Saint-Gobain ADFORS CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY Business Unit Corporate Communication to engage both internal and external audience in our strategic and business orientations. This role involves driving corporate & digital BU communication, animating the community of communication & digital teams across the different BU entities, ensuring our corporate communication strategy is shared and aligned worldwide.


You act as key player of the transformation to design & roll out Saint-Gobain ADFORS CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY Business Unit Corporate & Digital Communication strategy.


Corporate Communications



  • Own the creative development & execution of our ADFORS communication strategy

  • Lead the Business Unit internal communication strategy

  • Elaborate external Business Unit communication

  • Drive transversal corporate communication initiatives

  • Assist in the creation of communication content

  • Support implementation of International Trade Fairs

  • Be the focal point for the BU entities

  • Participate in SG Communication community


Digital Communications



  • Drive the transversal CSS (Customer Satisfaction Survey) initiative

  • Animate the community of social media specialists across the BU entities


Support transversal functions communications on demand



  • Support on demand transversal functions in their internal and external communications

  • Advice digital & communication teams from the different BU entities in their internal and external communications


Corporate Communication Digital tools management



  • Ensure that our DAM tool is available, customer facing, and aligned to our business needs, and guide digital & communication teams to upload and maintain their respective DAM assets

  • Guide digital & communication teams to leverage our emailing tool

  • Assist in the rolling-out of DAM and emailing tools evolutions to improve user experience in collaboration with Adfors IT Team and SG GTI Teams


Budget management



  • Develop and manage the Corporate Communication budget

  • Monitor budget spending and adjust strategies to optimize cost-effectiveness


Third party Communications agency management



  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with third party agencies, elaborate brief (and tenders when needed), and monitor their effectiveness

  • Lead any larger ad hoc communication project that would request third party agencies expertise

  • Work with communication & design agencies, audio/visual agencies, photographers, exhibition organisers, journalists, etc.

Profil recherché

Education- Knowledge /Experience /Technical competencies



  • Communication degree (master’s degree level preferred) and/or digital & marketing experience /expertise

  • Operational experience in communication & digital

  • Project management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks & projects simultaneously

  • Proficient level in English & French (speaking & writing)
