Description
As the HR Manager for M&D, you will:
1. Lead Cultural Transformation:
- Advocate for new ways of working and facilitate innovative managerial initiatives.
- Oversee the annual M&D training plan, from needs assessment to implementation and budget management.
2. Enhance Career Development Opportunities:
- Organize and animate the annual M&D Career Days.
- Promote internal and international career opportunities through tailored communication campaigns.
3. Facilitate Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new team members (internal mobility and external hires).
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to streamline the recruitment process and attract top talent globally.
4. Support Internal Mobility and Talent Development:
- Support internal mobility by identifying potential candidates for open positions and promoting opportunities across the Group.
- Contribute to the Marketing talent pipeline, including alumni engagement.
5. Manage feedback Processes:
- Coordinate the annual Me@SG performance review cycle for the M&D team.
- Ensure action plans are implemented based on feedback.
6. Streamline Administrative and Budget Processes:
- Partner with internal HR services (SGES) to resolve administrative matters and facilitate payroll, benefits, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance to oversee budget planning and headcount tracking.
7. Oversee Interns and Apprentices:
- Manage the apprentice and intern talent pool, from recruitment to feedback, ensuring a strong retention pipeline for future talent.
