Insulation IT/OT Project Leader

The Insulation Business is accelerating its 4.0 transformation, increasing the need for modern & standard IT/OT tools. TIP Engineering Automation & Data team provides key technologies to meet these needs, but they require to be integrated within the Insulation ecosystem of other such tools. The purpose of this job is to bridge these 2 organizations and help develop Insulation specific tools.

Reporting hierarchically to the IT/OT deployment manager, within TIP Engineering Automation & Data department, and functionally to the 4.0 technologies manager of the Insulation business, the Insulation IT/OT Project Leader main responsibilities are expected to be:

1. Lead development of Insulation specific tools: understand plant’s needs, formalize requirements by defining book of specification and bridge between IT team, TIP engineering and plant teams. Follow up the development of the tools and beginning of deployments in plants.


2. Support deployment of solutions: in part. support deployment managers with TIP Engineering to navigate plants specificities, understand plant current setting & strategy. Support in creating and implementing the deployment plan.


3. Lead and support BI/data visualization projects: Understand the business needs and lead projects with IT team in Saint-Gobain for implementing BI solutions. Define the visualization needs & follow up the development & deployment of dashboards.


4. Animate an Insulation IT/OT community: Communicate about recent TIP Engineering developments & future plans to IT/OT managers in plants & central teams, share successes, and train newcomers on IT/OT structure for Insulation.
