Head of CRM

Description

CRM is key in our growth strategy since it is focused on lead conversion, member retention and reactivation. Directly reporting to our CMO you will be responsible for our blast & automation & transactional strategy and operation worldwide including multi channel campaigns (email, push app, in app, SMS). Managing a team of 5 persons, you will work closely with local, product, sales and data teams to find the right balance between user insights & analysis to define priorities and lead transversal projects.

* Strategy & tools

- Define strategic roadmap with clear success KPIs to maximize business impact
- Build a long term partnership with our campaign providers to participate on tool evolution & be sure we use it at their maximum
- Handle budget & contract negotiation
- Monitor and research trends in the CRM field to identify emerging opportunities

* Operations

- Work closely with data team to ensure data quality & monitoring & data model evolution to match new business needs
- Own and develop user segmentation & content personalization to improve campaign performance
- Coordinate automation & transactional campaign optimization & creation fostering a test & learn method running constant AB tests
- Supervize blast campaigns calendar and provide accurate guidelines to local team
- Lead transversal projects

* Data analysis

- Articulate and present data analyses and learnings effectively to the team and to key stakeholders
- Own comprehensive monthly reporting of all member engagement KPIs & build the right dashboards to track and communicate performance
- Develop a reliable control group methodology to measure incremental revenue

* Manage team

- Lead a team of 5 and growing, fostering a strong team culture aligned with HomeExchange goals and values
- Inspire a unified vision and objectives within the team, promoting an agile and data-driven culture in an international environment
- Make user-centricity a key driver in all decision-making processes and strategies

Profil recherché

- At least 5 years of experience in managing CRM database & multichannel automation campaigns
- Management experience is a plus
- Good knowledge of CRM tools ecosystem
- Ambitious & business oriented : committed, proactive, you like to see impacts of your actions
- Strong analytical skills, AB test methodology has no secret for you
- Data driven : you don’t do because you feel it but because you have observed and analyzed
- Strong leadership and a great team player : you like to federate people around a common objective and make it happen, you have convictions and like to share those to get feedbacks to make those evolve
- Real problem solver
- Very good French and English communication skills, both verbal & writte
- Want to take part in an entrepreneurial project with a positive impact
